 ISACA Announces 2015 Global Events 

Inaugural COBIT and CSX Conferences Added to IT Audit, Security and GRC Offerings

Rolling Meadows, IL, USA 12 January 2015—ISACA, a global association serving 115,000 IT governance, security, risk and assurance professionals, has announced its 2015 event schedule, including its inaugural COBIT and CSX 2015 conferences. With members in 180 countries, ISACA offers education and networking opportunities around the world.

ISACA’s new COBIT Conference, taking place 14-15 March in Orlando, Florida, USA, will kick off the year of events. COBIT 5, a business framework that helps organizations effectively govern and manage their information and technology, is used by enterprises worldwide. This conference will help professionals maximize the value of COBIT by providing 10 educational sessions over two days of COBIT training. COBIT Conference registration also includes complimentary access to hear global strategist Marc Goodman’s opening keynote at ISACA’s North America CACS (Computer Audit, Control and Security) Conference, which immediately follows the COBIT Conference in the same location.

ISACA will also premiere its CSX 2015 Conference in Washington D.C., USA, 19-21 October 2015. This global event will bring cybersecurity professionals of every level together to advance their careers and better protect and defend their enterprises. ISACA launched Cybersecurity Nexus (CSX) in 2014 to help address a growing worldwide cybersecurity skills crisis. CSX offers a central location where security professionals and their enterprises can find cybersecurity research, guidance, certificates and certifications, education, mentoring and community.
