 IT Auditors From Around the World to Convene in New Orleans for ISACA’s North America CACS Conference 

Rolling Meadows, IL, USA (2 February 2016)—Audit, risk and governance professionals from around the world will convene in New Orleans to examine the transformational role they play in their organizations. ISACA’s North America CACS conference, taking place 2-4 May 2016 in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA, will gather global experts together to discuss solutions and strategies in assurance, risk and security, including how assurance professionals can advance their careers and impact their enterprises. The conference begins immediately following Jazz Fest in New Orleans.

Pre- and post-conference workshops will offer hands-on training on privacy programs, database security and audit, risk strategies and data analysis. Additionally, a cybersecurity workshop will help attendees prepare for the Cybersecurity Fundamentals Certificate exam.

COBIT Conference Provides Guidance to Help Realize Benefits, Add Value

Immediately prior to North America CACS, ISACA will hold the COBIT Conference, 30 April-1 May 2016, at the same location. The conference will provide in-depth, practical training on how to maximize the COBIT business framework to better manage and govern an organization’s information and technology. The conference will offer 10 sessions over two days of COBIT training in two tracks:  the COBIT 5 Foundation Track, after which attendees can take the COBIT Foundation Exam to earn the Foundation Certificate, and the Actionable Insights, Tools and Practical Guidance Track.
