Conference Tackles Latest in Governance, Audit and Cyber Security
Rolling Meadows, IL, USA (16 March 2017) — With demand for information and cyber security training for IT audit professionals growing, ISACA’s European Computer Audit, Control and Security (EuroCACS) Conference, taking place 29–31 May 2017 in Munich, Germany, is expanding by offering two new cyber security/security tracks.
Session topics within the new tracks include:
- Top 10 Cyber Risks
- Cyber Security Corporate Strategy
- Bridging the Cyber Skills Gap From Within, IoT and AI: New Threats and Mitigations
- Cyber Security: Getting the Business Engaged
In addition to the expanded program for 2017, attendees will hear opening and closing keynote addresses from Dan Cobley and Margaret Heffernan, respectively.
Cobley spent three years as managing director of Google in the UK and Ireland, and is currently building financial technology start-up businesses with Blenheim Chalcot, a London-based venture builder. Cobley also has served in marketing leadership roles at Capital One, Pepsi, Walkers and Ask Jeeves. Cobley’s unique take on marketing has heightened his profile, including a well-received TED talk on the intersection of physics and marketing.
Heffernan, an entrepreneur, CEO of five companies and prize-winning author of five books, will address the question “Can Technology Solve Everything?” Focusing on the future, Heffernan will challenge attendees to consider how technology can tackle enterprise and industry problems.
