As earlier mentioned the chapter is well known for its annual international conference series because of its being the first such elaborate gathering of information systems Risk, Security, Control, and Assurance professionals in the annals of Nigeria and the depth of discussion/interaction at the gathering. The 2011 edition of the conference tagged “Abuja 2011” with the theme, “The Relevance of IS Professionals in an Increasingly IT-Dependent Environment” has come and gone but the sweet memories of the event lingers on.
