Obtain the CISM Application
Important Notice
For all CISM applications received 1 June 2012 and after, a US $50 application fee will be required in order to process the CISM Application for Certification. Additional instructions for payment of the application fee will be provided as the date draws near. To avoid this fee, please submit your application to certification@isaca.org by 31 May 2012.

Decisions on applications are not final as there is an appeal process for certification application denials. Inquiries regarding denials of certification can be sent to certification@isaca.org.
