Become an Item Writer

ISACA certification programs are successful because they are based on the expertise of our community. Members and other constituents submit high-quality questions and items that are developed into our exams and review materials.

To write an exam question:

  • Complete the Item Writer Application (please note that you must have an online account to apply; click "Apply Now" and it will prompt you to create an account).
  • Review the Item Writer Resources. These guides and webcasts provide information on:
