I registered for the event, how do I login?
On the day of the live e-symposium, login approximately 10 minutes before the event start time. Be sure to use your e-symposium user id and password at http://www.isaca.e-symposium.com. Your e-symposium user id and password is NOT the same as your ISACA username and password.
Why can’t I register for the event?
The first time you participate in an ISACA e-Symposium, you will need to register at http://www.isaca.e-symposium.com. The user id and password are specifically for the e-Symposium. At this time it is NOT the same as your ISACA username and password.

Am I able to earn CPE hours for an archived or on-demand e-symposium?
Yes, you can earn CISA and CISM CPE credits for any of the e-symposia by passing (70% correct) a short quiz at the conclusion of each event.
Are my CPE credits/hours recorded?
Your CPE hours are NOT automatically recorded upon successful completion of the quiz at the end of the event. You are required to maintain a record of your results to report to ISACA during the annual renewal process.
If I download presentations archived last year, can I earn CPE credit hours for this year?
Yes. You may earn CPE credit hours for the current year if you download, view and successfully pass the CPE quiz for an e-symposium that was archived in a previous year. When you print the CPE certificate, the current date will appear in the footer. All CPE certificates should be retained for audit purposes.
I am having trouble adding additional ISACA e-symposia to my current e-symposium subscription. What am I doing wrong?
Please login at http://www.e-sympsoium.com/members/isaca.php to add other ISACA e-symposia to your subscription.
When do I receive my CPE certificate and how do I get it?
You will receive an email with a link to your CPE certificate shortly after you complete and pass the quiz. As some email certificates are caught by SPAM filters, please be sure to check your SPAM folder. If you do not receive the certificate, contact webcasts@isaca.org.
I am very interested in the e-symposium topics, but I cannot attend the live e-symposium. May I watch it later?
Yes, the entire program will be archived and available within 72 hours of the completion of the live presentation. You must register for the e-symposium in order to be able to download and view the archive. Please log into the site at http://www.isaca.e-symposium.com and click the Archive link in the Menu options on the left side of the page. You may earn 3 CPE’s by completing the quiz at the end of the presentation.
I like to print the presentation materials and take notes. Can I do this?
Yes. On the day of the event, a link will be activated on the Programme page allowing you to download the presentation.
What call-in phone number do I use?
A call-in number is not required for the e-symposia.
