Volunteering for ISACA and ITGI
How to Volunteer
The key boards and committees of ISACA® and the IT Governance Institute (ITGI) are responsible for ensuring that the organizations' activities advance the goals of being the leading community of inspirational career and workplace support to constituents in IT assurance, security and governance (ISACA) and the leading reference on IT-enabled business systems governance for the global business community (ITGI). Participants on boards and committees help ensure successful certification programs, comprehensive professional conferences, timely education programs, insightful research, thorough and appropriate online resources, representative professional standards and financially sound infrastructures. In short, they ensure that members receive the high-quality resources they have come to expect from ISACA and ITGI.
The application submission period for the 2009-2010 term is over. The next opportunity to volunteer to work with ISACA will be in January 2010, at which time we will accept applications for the 2010-2011 term.
