Dear [Name],

I would like your approval to attend the premier conference for IT audit, security, governance and risk professionals. ISACA’s North America CACS conference takes place 15 – 17 April 2013 at the Hyatt Regency in Dallas, TX. ISACA’s North America CACS is the one conference essential to audit, assurance and risk professionals who must ensure that organizations like ours have the right information and insights to make better informed IT and business decisions. The opportunities to gain knowledge, meet industry experts, and expand my network of professional contacts are unparalleled.

I will be able to choose from more than 60 educational sessions and workshops covering the latest insights on consumerization trends, risk management, methods for leveraging COBIT 5 to increase ROI, and emerging delivery methods auditors need to be aware of to maintain organizational compliance. In addition, the NA CACS program includes New York Times IT journalist David Pogue, who will lead an insightful and compelling opening keynote session. More importantly, I will return to the office equipped to immediately apply what I learned with full documentation that can be shared with colleagues.

Some of the sessions that I will attend include:

-          <List session 1>

-          <List session 2>

-          <List session 3>

Also, since I am an ISACA member, the conference fee is only US $1,550 (versus US $1,750) and, if I register on or before 18 February, I’ll save an additional US $200! Registration includes full access to speakers, sessions, product exhibits and demonstrations, meals and numerous group networking events, where I can discuss issues and learn from others.

ISACA’s NA CACS is a significant gathering of content and IT service providers. Attendance at this conference will give me numerous practical ideas that I can put to work right away. Please let me know if you would like additional information, or you can view the conference web site.

Sincerely,
