ISACA Sponsorship Opportunities

Welcome Reception Sponsorship
Host the first official gathering and networking function of the conference. Your organization will receive special recognition in the final brochure and event guide. Signage and cocktail napkins will note your company as the sponsor of the reception. A lectern and microphone will be provided for your company to address the delegation.

Special Evening Event Sponsorship
Sponsor the networking event of the conference. Your organization’s name and logo will appear in the final brochure and event guide. Special signage, napkins and a banner will recognize your company as the event sponsor. A lectern and microphone will be provided for your company to address the delegation.

Event Guide Sponsorship
Put your organization’s name in front of delegates every day of the conference. The event guide lists all events and session locations and is referenced throughout the conference. Your company logo will appear on the front cover. In addition, your organization will receive a four-color advertisement on the back cover (color will match cover color).

Name Badge and Lanyard Sponsorship
Give your organization high onsite visibility. Your organization’s logo and name will appear prominently along with ISACA on all name badges and name badge lanyards.

Tote Bag Sponsorship
Place your organization’s name and logo, along with that of the conference and ISACA, on the durable, quality bag provided to all conference delegates. Past experience shows that these bags are used regularly after the conference ends.

Proceedings Sponsorship
Presented to each delegate, the conference proceedings contain all presentations from the conference. With your company logo clearly displayed, your company will be visible during the conference and many months after.

Proceedings/Event Guide Ad
Highlight your firm with a full-page ad in the official conference event guide or conference proceedings. All participants receive copies of each.

Conference Signage
Have your name prominently displayed in color adhesives on the bottom of each session and directional sign posted at the conference. Your company name will be seen at the entrance of every session and event.

Break/Lunch Sponsorships
Provide an opportunity for participants to refresh and network between sessions for the entire day. Your sponsorship will be noted in the event guide, during daily announcements and on signage during each break. For added exposure, your company will be offered a table for display during the break or lunch.

Key Card Sponsorship
Place your company name and logo on guest room key cards at the conference host hotel. Conference attendees staying at the hotel will view your company name and logo each time they enter their hotel room. This serves as a daily reminder of your sponsorship status and prominence at the Information Security Conference.

Bottled Water Sponsorship
Have your company name and logo printed on the label of the 8oz. or 12oz. bottled water served during the conference breaks. This sponsorship is offered on a per break basis.

Neoprene Holder and Hand Sanitizer
A very practical yet effective promotional item. Networking is a large part of conferences and shaking hands is a large part of networking. Have your company name printed on the hand sanitizer neoprene sleeve and attendees will see your name each time they use the product.
