Cloud Standard

Hi All,

I am working with an Orgination as a Associate Manager- Information Security, as per my job i have to prepare a Cloud Computing Standard document. I have attended many conference on Cloud Computing however every person is having different point of view for Cloud. Any one is having any guideline/document which can be used to prepare this Cloud Standard Document?
