RE: COBIT Focus - Tips for Understanding the COBIT 5 Enabler of Process

Hello Lisa,

Nice article for fortifying the need for processes in organization. I particularly liked the point "Is there only one person who knows how to do the task?" In my opinion, I feel this is one of the very important question, for any organization intending to grow from "people-oriented" to a "process-oriented" entity.

Please keep up the good work. Cheers!!
