CRISC Certification Application

OK--I've passed the exam, submitted my application/verification package and paid the application fee. How long does it normally take for ISACA to complete the certification issuance (assuming my submission is not chosen at random for verification)? And if it is chosen for audit, how long does that take? I'm not seeing that information anywhere in the certification process documentation.

RE: CRISC Certification Application

It always takes too long. As I understand it they do the CISAs first, as they are the most popular, then the others. I had a job hinging on mine and called for assistance, and maybe they moved me up in the queue.

RE: CRISC Certification Application

ISACA Standard is 8 weeks, but i think is also depend on when you submit applications. Because I think during the January and February, lot of people submit applications and may take them a little while to process.

I remember I did my CISA in May, and it took only 7 days and was notified that its approved.

Hope this helps.
