I've just joined this community and am happy to assist anyone with any queries, questions or clarifications they may need in relation to Incident Management.
I've previously managed six service desks servicing over 100 clients for a major Australian IT Service Provider. I'm ITIL Manager certified and also a practising CISA. I've also worked for a Big 4 Accounting firm auditing IT Operations so happy to take audit questions that relate to IT operations as well.
