Epic Audit Program

Does anyone have an audit program for Epic?  We are implementing Epic in the near future.  I know most applications have segregation of duties conflicts in their security if they are installed "out of the box".  Any audit programs or recommended security settings would be much appreciated.

Have you tried to contact the software developer directly and asking them about SoD?

It is also helpful is there is a service level agreement with a third party (developer or reseller of the product) as they can also assist or send you in the right direction.
