In-line web linking pulls information such as images from one web-site to another, so that multiple web sites might appear to be a single site. This can create copyright issues if a web site developer links to a copyrighted image located on another site. 14. Framing is similar to in-line linking, but it is better because it does not cause copyright or trademark issues. 15. Internet domain name registration has always protected currently registered copyrights and trademarks.
