In the COBIT Foundation Course, participants learn why we need an IT control framework and how COBIT addresses this need by providing a globally accepted IT governance and control framework. You'll learn the elements of the COBIT framework and gain a foundation-level knowledge of COBIT. You'll also practice using COBIT in a safe, case-based scenario. An exam preparation module is included in the course, preparing participants to take the COBIT Foundation exam.

The COBIT Foundation Exam allows professionals to earn a certificate that demonstrates their understanding of how specific elements of COBIT are used to respond to IT management challenges.

Applying COBIT

The Implementing IT Governance Using COBIT and Val IT Course introduces participants to COBIT as a framework for implementing IT governance. This new workshop is aimed specifically at IT managers and practitioners and uses newly developed methods to guide participants as they implement the COBIT framework to a number of case study scenarios.
