Membership

  1. I forgot my password, how can I login?

From the login prompt, please click on Forgot your password? You will be prompted to enter your email address and PIN (if you have selected one). An email notification from loginhelp@isaca.org, containing a link to reset you password will be sent to you. Please follow the instructions to make your changes.

  1. How do I renew my membership?

If you have an outstanding renewal, you will be alerted upon login. Click the Renew Now link to begin the renewal process. You may also renew your membership by clicking on the my ISACA tab and then the Renew button under Membership Status.

  1. How do I join ISACA?

You can join ISACA by clicking here.

  1. Can I change my chapter affiliation?

You may change your chapter affiliation at any time. Login to www.isaca.org, click on the MyISACA tab, click  MyProfile, and then click Demographics tab to display your current demographic information.  Click the Edit button to make changes.

After you change your chapter, you will be included on the roster of you newly selected chapter and will be included on all chapter notifications, mailings, etc. If you wish to contact them first, you can access chapter contact information here.

  1. Can I belong to more than one chapter?

No, you can only officially belong to one ISACA chapter.  However, you may be able to participate in other chapters’ activities by contacting them directly.

  1. How do I edit my profile or demographic information?

To update your contact information, edit your ISACA profile located on the MyISACA tab. Login to www.isaca.org. click on the MyISACA tab, click MyProfile, and then click the "account and demographic info" tab.  Scroll to the bottom of the page to edit the information.  

 

Certification

  1. How do I register for an exam?

You can register for the exam here.

  1. What are the requirements for certification?

Requirements for each certification can be obtained by navigating here and clicking on the certification that you are interested in learning about.

  1. How do I earn CPE credits?

You can learn about CPE opportunities by clicking here.  

  1. How can my certification be verified?

A certification can be verified on the ISACA home page.  In order to verify a certification you will need to provide the certification type, the certification number and the last (family) name of the certification holder.
