Do I have to purchase all six modules?
No, you may purchase any of the six modules individually.
Who do I contact if I have technical issues with the course?

How do I register for the course?
You may register by going to www.isaca.org/elearning and clicking Go to Campus.
Do I have to be an ISACA member to purchase the course?
No, you do not have to be ISACA member to purchase the course, although a significant discount is offered to ISACA members.

How many CPE Hours are earned?
Each module of the course offers CPE hours:
- Module 1—The IS Audit Process (3 CPEs)
- Module 2—CISA's Role in IT Governance (3 CPEs)
- Module 3—CISA's Role in Systems and Infrastructure Life Cycle Management (6 CPEs)
- Module 4—CISA's Role in IT Service Delivery and Support (4 CPEs)
- Module 5—CISA's Role in Protection of Information Assets (6 CPEs)
- Module 6—CISA's Role in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (4 CPEs)
Can I purchase the course by check or wire transfer?
Yes, you may purchase the course by check or wire transfer. To access the order form, please log into the ISACA e-Learning Campus at www.isaca.org/elearning and click Go to Campus.
How long should it take to complete each module?
An estimated "seat time" is provided for each module:
- Module 1—The IS Audit Process (3-4 hours)
- Module 2—CISA's Role in IT Governance (3-4 hours)
- Module 3—CISA's Role in Systems and Infrastructure Life Cycle Management (6-8 hours)
- Module 4—CISA's Role in IT Service Delivery and Support (4-5 hours)
- Module 5—CISA's Role in Protection of Information Assets (6-8 hours)
- Module 6—CISA's Role in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (4-5 hours)
What is the benefit to purchasing one module versus all six?
A cost savings of 50% is realized if you purchase all six modules at the same time.

What is the subscription length for the individual modules?
If you purchase the modules individually, each module has a subscription length of 90 days. If you purchase all six modules (the entire course), the subscription length is 150 days.
Can I extend my course subscription?
Yes. Ten days prior to your course expiration, you will receive an email notification. At this time you will have the opportunity to extend your course subscription, by module or for the entire course. The following costs are associated with extending your subscription if you originally purchased all six modules:
- Module 1: 30 day extension | $12.50
- Module 2: 30 day extension | $12.50
- Module 3: 30 day extension | $25.00
- Module 4: 30 day extension | $12.50
- Module 5: 30 day extension | $25.00
- Module 6: 30 day extension | $12.50
- All Six Modules: 30 day extension | $100
If you purchased modules separately, the following extension prices apply:
- Module 1: 30 day extension | $25.00
- Module 2: 30 day extension | $25.00
- Module 3: 30 day extension | $50.00
- Module 4: 30 day extension | $25.00
- Module 5: 30 day extension | $50.00
- Module 6: 30 day extension | $25.00
Can I extend my course subscription more than one time?
Yes. You will have the opportunity to extend your course subscriptions twice for a total of 60 days.
