Speakers and Content

Event speakers and content are correct at the time of publishing. If unforeseen circumstances occur, the Chapter reserves the right to alter or delete items from the program.

Presenters have prepared material for the professional development of ISACA members and others. Although they trust that it will be useful for this purpose, neither the presenters nor the Chapter can warrant the use of the material would be adequate to discharge the legal or professional liability of members in the conduct of their practices.

Event Cancellations and Postponements

If an event is canceled or postponed for any reason, every effort will be made to notify registrants. Information on canceled or postponed events will also be publicized on the web site as quickly as possible. If an event is to be rescheduled, all registrants will be notified of the new date.

Registrants will be given the option of receiving a full refund of the registration fee or attending the rescheduled event (if applicable). For rescheduled events, registrants will be required to notify the Chapter of their option by a specified deadline.

Registration Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations for paid events will be refunded less a $20 processing fee for requests received on or before two business days prior to the event. Registrants who do not meet the cancellation deadline, do not attend the event, or attend only a portion of the event will not qualify for a refund. In lieu of canceling a registration, a registrant may send a substitute (see Substitutions policy). Requests for refunds should be directed to the Chapter Treasurer by using either of the following methods:

Substitutions

Substitutions are permitted at events. Any difference in fees between member and non-member rates will be due at the event.

Complaint Resolutions

The Chapter will consider refunds for dissatisfied participants on a case-by-case basis and any refunds due to participant dissatisfaction must have the approval of the Chapter Board. Any complaints should be directed to the Chapter President using either of the following methods:

The Chapter President will make every effort possible to investigate the cause of all complaints and take any corrective actions that may be appropriate.
