The West Michigan ISACA Chapter wants to invest$$$ in
the generous support of our members, the WMISACA Chapter has
established a scholarship fund to provide financial assistance to those
interested in pursuing opportunities in higher education. Individuals
interested in applying for the scholarship must complete the application and
related information requirements as noted below. If you have any questions

The WMISACA Chapter
is allocating $3,000 for the 2019 academic year Scholarship fund. Two (2)
awards will be available for current high school seniors, graduating at the
conclusion of the 2018‐19 academic year, or fulltime college students (enrolled in at
least 12 semester credit hours). The award for first place is $2,000
and the award for second place is $1,000.
Scholarship award applicant requirements:
- Evidence of
college enrollment and GPA
application (see below)
- Essay (see
question within application below)
- Students must be
enrolled in an accredited high school or university in the state of
- Minimum 2.5 (out
of 4.0) Grade Point Average (GPA).
- Scholarship awards
will be granted without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sexual
orientation, disability, or national origin.
Scholarship Procedures and Selection Criteria
Scholarship application form and supporting documentation must be submitted
electronically to the WMISACA Scholarship Committee: firstname.lastname@example.org no later than
11:59 pm US Eastern Standard Time on May 17, 2019. Please title the email
subject line "2019 Scholarship Application" and send all materials in
.pdf format only.
submissions will not be accepted. All decisions made by the WMISACA Scholarship
Committee shall be considered final.
