In this jam packed panel session, you will hear from talented professionals about their journey to executive level positions in Information Technology and Cybersecurity. This student moderated session will deliver thought provoking questions and generate candid responses from our Canadian women experts in the industry. The focus will be on how the profession chose them, what it took to get to the C-Level glass ceiling threshold and the exciting experiences they had along the way. The session is aimed at not only enlightening upcoming student professionals, who are attending via industry sponsorship, but also the IT and Cybersecurity community with an intent to break down career barriers and to encourage taking that leap to the next level in their careers.

The Moderator will be Marina Ibrisbimova, a graduate student in Engineering for the Masters in Telecommunications and Information Security Program at UVic.
