Greater Hartford Chapter Recognized as one of ISACA's Outstanding Chapters

ISACA International has recognized the Greater Hartford Chapter with honorable mention in our region for 2015. Honorable mentions are given to chapters who did not win the K. Wayne Snipes award, however, still excelled as a top chapter throughout the year. As information, the winner in our region and size category for the best chapter award was granted to the Middle Tennessee Chapter.

Award recipients are determined based on the following criteria:

  •  Chapter membership and growth
  •  Member service projects
  •  Chapter-sponsored education events
  •  Attendance at chapter meetings
  •  Involvement with association committees or with association activities
  •  Involvement with other professional organizations

As a K. Wayne Snipes honorable mention chapter, our chapter will be:

  •  Listed in the awards section of the Chapter Leader Portal of the ISACA web site;
  •  Given an electronic seal that we can post on your chapter’s web site; and
  •  Be formally recognized in front of our peers at the 2016 Global Leadership Summit that is taking place on 7-9 April, 2016 in Lisbon, Portugal.
