11:30am - 1:00pm

Overview:

A new era of data protection regulations is raising the stakes for organizations worldwide. From the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to California’s SB2828, how organizations are to prevent and respond to data breaches are spelled out in new ways – and in some cases – with the threat of significant penalties. In this sessions we’ll review common themes across GDPR, CA SB2828 and the NIST 800-53 framework with a view to how encryption and key management strategies can help you alleviate your compliance burden.

11:50am - Presentation
