Bill is the Citizens Property Insurance Corporation IT Security Manager with 20 years’ experience in, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Risk and Controls and IT Audit. Bill is a University of Webster Adjunct Professor teaching in the Master of Cybersecurity program. A USN retired CPO serving for 24 years in a variety of positions. He has spoken at local and national ISACA and IIA events most recently at the 2018 CACS Conference. Bill has 8 years of volunteer service with the ISACA Jacksonville Chapter Board including 4 years as president.
