Take a look at what you can expect from the process:
Author Information
Please submit the complete name, certifications (if desired), job title and a brief (three to five sentences) biography on relevant work experience for each author. But you can choose to remain anonymous, if you prefer.
Articles
Articles should be a value-add piece of thought/knowledge leadership and be relevant to the ISACA audience. Articles can cover topics related to audit, cybersecurity, emerging technology, governance, privacy or risk.
For your reference, articles should be submitted in a standard, single-spaced Word document, ranging from 1,000 to 1,500 words in length. They should be composed in the third person and include proper citations in endnotes. It is imperative that articles are original works and have not been published elsewhere. Additionally, articles must be the author’s own creation without the assistance of artificial intelligence.
Please be aware that articles submitted to this publication are subject to a peer-review process. The publication of an article is contingent upon a positive assessment by our reviewers. Upon receipt, the article will commence the review procedure. If endorsed, it will be scheduled for publication on the next available date. However, please note that this date is tentative and may be subject to change.
Ownership
ISACA requires that you assign the article’s copyright to ISACA (this copyright covers the article, not your ideas).
ISACA’s Support
We know you’re busy and we will help you through the process as much as possible. Ultimately everything is reviewed by ISACA staff to ensure that it is presented in ISACA style. It is not our intent to change your content at all; our revisions will include punctuation, correction of typos, and use of upper- and lowercase letters. You will have an opportunity to review our edits before the article is published to ensure we have not changed the intent of your submission.
