ISACA now has chapters in over 100 countries
Schaumburg, IL, USA–Digital trust professionals have formed a new ISACA chapter in Doha, Qatar. The ISACA Doha Chapter is starting with around 270 initial members. ISACA has also introduced two other new chapters this year in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Jackson, Mississippi, USA. ISACA, a global technology association serving more than 185,000 members in 188 countries in digital trust professions, now has a chapter presence in more than 100 countries worldwide.
“The establishment of the ISACA Doha Chapter represents the culmination of years of dedication, collaboration, and shared belief in the power of professional communities,” said Omer Baysal, President of the ISACA Doha Chapter. “As a global authority in digital trust, ISACA plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of governance, cybersecurity, risk, and innovation. This chapter will serve as a trusted platform to help advance Qatar’s journey toward a secure, innovative, and knowledge-based economy in line with Qatar National Vision 2030.” He adds, “I extend my heartfelt congratulations and gratitude to all those whose commitment and perseverance made this long-awaited initiative a reality.”

The ISACA Doha Chapter aims to serve as a catalyst for professional excellence by connecting experts, fostering local talent, and encouraging knowledge exchange across sectors. Through its programs and initiatives, the chapter seeks to elevate the standards of IT governance, cybersecurity, and risk management in Qatar while nurturing the next generation of digital trust professionals.
