This course covers the key Blockchain principles, models and infrastructure. In addition, it will touch on the origins of blockchain, what it was (and is) meant to accomplish and the importance of its structure and implementation. Learners will gain insight into the multitude of blockchain solutions now globally available, how they may interact or interoperate, and how they may evolve in the future.
Additionally, learners will analyzes the different types of consensus methodologies, the importance of determining enterprise consensus needs, as well as blockchain validity and audit considerations. Finally, no course work in the blockchain realm would be complete without a discussion of cryptoassets (including cryptocurrencies) and tokenization, which promises not only to progress how assets are exchanged between parties but will also potentially enable previously undiscovered business models
