Artificial Intelligence Fundamentals Practice Labs offers you and other learners the opportunity to expand on and prove your understanding and skills in applying AI concepts, principles, usage, associated risk and ethical requirements and the ability to use fundamental software and algorithms to explore AI possibilities. The interactive, self-guided lab package focuses on performance-based training. This hands-on application provides a unique, dynamic learning experience that builds and reinforces the critical skills necessary to perform many of the technical tasks vital to your success in many fields of IT and information systems.
Labs included in this package:
01: AI Fundamentals - Fundamentals of Machine Learning
- Prepare dedicated datasets of features and targets to train and test a model.
- Select a machine learning algorithm for the task.
- Train a model on a dataset of samples.
- Test the model on a dataset of samples to produce an accuracy score and a confusion matrix.
02: AI Fundamentals - Deep Learning
- Build a neural network by assembling layers and activation functions.
- Select a loss function and an optimization function suited to the task at hand.
- Set up a training loop to adjust the network's weights to the sample features and targets.
- Assess the model's performance against a dedicated test set.
03: AI Fundamentals - Explainable AI
- Import and load the random forest classification model.
- Examine the structure of the Python library scikit-learn model and visualize its parameters, including thresholds and decision criteria.
- Import and load the neural network for classification.
- Employ the SHAP Python library to understand how this deep learning model generates predictions.
Learners will have access to the course for six months from date of purchase and will earn 4.5 CPE upon completion. This course has a seat time of approximately 4 hours and is accessed via the Learning Access tab of your MyISACA dashboard.
