Machine Learning: Neural Networks, Deep Learning, Large Language Models

(ISACA highly encourages taking the AI Fundamentals training course, then the Machine Learning for Business Enablement course before taking this course.)

This course provides an in-depth look at the applications and limitations of advanced AI models, with an emphasis on image analysis, language processing, and other sophisticated domains. 

Learning outcomes:

• Understand the behavior of advanced AI architectures
• Assess their limitations and ideal applications
• Explore the capabilities and risks they pose 
• Advocate for their implementation, adjustment, or dismissal for a given use case

Learners will gain hands-on experience via four labs, using Jupyter Notebooks to build neural networks to address real-world business cases.

Labs:

• Neural networks for regression tasks
• Neural networks for classification tasks
• Convolutional neural networks for image analysis
• Recurrent neural networks for textual analysis

This course has a seat time of approximately 5.0 hours and can be accessed via the Learning Access tab of your MyISACA dashboard. Completion of the course earns 5.0 CPE credits.
