Chief Executive Officer, Board Director
David Samuelson is a seasoned executive with particular strength in strategic and technology leadership, communications and execution. he has a deep foundational expertise in operational execution, product management and leadership, and deep industry experience in global education technology, software development, consumer publishing, television, and theater. Samuelson has had proven success in both creative ideation and tactical execution of ideas, with an excellent track record of working effectively across global, complex and matrixed organizations.
His 25 years in education began at the Minnesota educational computing corporation as vice president and executive producer. he worked at Pearson, the leading global education company, for 15 years in a variety of executive roles, including president of global schools, chief marketing officer and product strategist for Pearson’s US school division, and VP of the family education network. David’s earlier career in theatre and television included an Emmy award-winning children’s television producer.
Senior Vice President, Enterprise Solutions
As SVP of Enterprise Solutions, Ken Kujundjic is responsible for ISACA’s enterprise sales, marketing, product management, customer success and government relations, as well as operations related to ISACA’s China presence. In his role, Ken is also responsible for the CMMI portfolio—including cybersecurity solutions and other knowledge assets such as frameworks, education and training offerings—and oversees the ongoing development, management and execution of our enterprise programs. He is also responsible for leading business development efforts, such as major collaborative partnerships, geographic growth, and mergers and acquisitions. While at ISACA, Ken has expanded ISACA’s enterprise footprint in Africa, China, India, the United Kingdom and Asia-Pacific. Ken has been leading ISACA’s efforts in mainland China with the formation of ISACA’s China Wholly Foreign-Owned Enterprise (WFOE)—a first for the organization.
Ken is a results-oriented global executive with 25 years of experience in enterprise information technology sales and management consulting, and has previously held a variety of global roles at IBM, PWC Consulting and Merck & Co. focusing on sales, business strategy development, strategic planning and management consulting.
Senior Vice President of Shared Services and Chief Financial Officer
Robert A. “Robb” Micek, CAE, is Senior Vice President of Shared Services and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of ISACA. He also serves as Treasurer of ISACA and its affiliate organizations. Prior to joining ISACA, he was a staff vice president and CFO of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Plastic Surgery Foundation.
Robb is a client service professional with more than 27 years of direct management experience in finance, accounting, strategy, marketing and operations with specific expertise in planning, design and implementation of change management and operational improvement solutions for a variety of organizations. He also has served on several non-profit boards and committees.
Senior Vice President of Membership
In Julia’s role as Senior Vice President of Membership, she leads the strategy around diverse membership and chapter initiatives—such as professional development programs, networking and educational opportunities. In doing so, she also oversees a dynamic slate of global conferences, including the CACS conferences in North America, Latin America, Oceania, Asia Pacific, Africa and Europe, GRC Conference, and Capability Counts conference.
Kanouse most recently was the CEO for the Illinois Technology Association, which serves the local tech community in Illinois, particularly growth-stage technology companies. Before that, she held several executive roles in membership and marketing at the National Restaurant Association, where she led the development and execution of the National Restaurant Association’s annual marketing strategy, defined new brand architecture, and was responsible for the association’s digital presence.
Chief Learning Officer
As Chief Learning Officer (CLO), Nader Qaimari takes on ISACA’s learning and certification offerings for individual professionals, including the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) and the CSX Cybersecurity Practitioner (CSX-P) certifications. He also is charged with ISACA editorial and publishing efforts, including the ISACA Journal.
Most recently, Nader served as Group President of Follett School Solutions, a multi-billion-dollar education company. While there, he launched a new book fair business and a digital curriculum business, while also running Follett's software and service platforms, leading 1,700 associates globally. Prior to Follett, Nader was a senior executive at Cengage, a leading higher education company. At Cengage, he led sales and marketing across global markets, after many years of product management and strategy roles.
Director, Marketing Services
In her role as Director, Marketing Services, Amanda Raible leads ISACA’s marketing services team in delivering a high level of service and delivery to the association’s lines of business, by driving excellence in marketing, communications and customer experience initiatives.
Amanda joined ISACA in April 2014, managing ISACA’s conference programs in roles of increasing responsibility, demonstrating strong leadership skills in building a team producing and executing ISACA conferences worldwide. She has worked in senior management roles in the non-profit world for more than 10 years, providing board oversight, change management, governance, automation and program building.
Chief Technology Officer
Simona Rollinson is ISACA’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO), leading ISACA’s technology team, driving the organization’s continuing digital transformation, and exploring new opportunities for harnessing technology to elevate the educational and professional development experiences for ISACA’s members and enterprise customers. She plays a key role in transforming ISACA’s learning technology platform to support the professional community at all levels and stages, from individual development to enterprise solutions.
Simona brings a wealth of technology leadership and strategy experience to ISACA, from her earlier roles as software engineer and developer, to president of Follett Software Company and later as CIO for Cook County Government in Chicago, Illinois—a role for which she was named CIO of the Year. Most recently, she served as CIO for Clayco, a real estate development, architecture, engineering and construction firm. Throughout her executive career, Simona has led successful complex digital transformational change and evolution. The hallmarks of her recent tenure are establishing an enterprise architecture capability, modernizing many foundational systems and legacy platforms and a focus on improved vendor and project management. She holds ISACA’s CISM certification.
Director, Human Resources
As the Head of Human Resources at ISACA, Linda leads the organization’s human resource strategy, reinforcing a strong company culture, creating and leading employee engagement and development programs, and implementing reward and talent management strategies that support the achievement of business goals and objectives. She is also responsible for leading organizational development strategy and driving organizational performance and operational excellence through leadership and management practices and creating an engaged, knowledgeable, and empowered workforce across all of ISACA’s locations globally.
Linda joined ISACA in 2007 and developed foundational HR processes, procedures, and programs that moved ISACA people practices into the 21st century. These include the implementation of HR technology and systems of records, a pay-for-performance performance model, compensation restructuring, goal setting and incentive programs, talent acquisition program, diversity and inclusion practices, development and delivery of employee engagement survey, delivery of learning and development initiatives, and integration of companies. Linda is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and serves on the Board of Directors of the Northwest Human Resource Council as the Communications Director.
