Join ISACA for our seventh annual CommunITy Day on Saturday, 4 October. Launched in 2019, this global event continues to be a great opportunity for ISACA members, staff and their families to gather and give back to their local communities across the world.
In 2024, 109 teams spent more than 7,200 hours volunteering in 45 different countries. Reflecting on the event, a volunteer from the ISACA Melbourne Chapter said, “Being part of a worldwide initiative reminded me that when we come together, we can make a real difference and positively impact our communities.”
CommunITy Day activities will include both in-person and virtual events and fundraisers to allow participants wide-ranging options that work for them, wherever they are based. Visit Helper Helper to see if your local ISACA chapter has organized an activity. If you want to recommend an opportunity, reach out to your chapter to help start a local activity. ISACA members are also welcome to participate in individual charitable activities and log their hours on Helper Helper.
“Each CommunITy Day, our members display their passion and dedication both locally and globally,” said Julia Kanouse, Chief Membership and Marketing Officer at ISACA. “Through service, the ISACA community demonstrates a deep commitment to helping others and creating positive change where it’s needed most.”
Participants should log all CommunITy Day activities in Helper Helper so ISACA can count your participation in our global impact. Kicking off in New Zealand and ending in Hawaii, ISACA looks forward to an inspiring day of global volunteerism. We hope you’ll join us on Saturday, 4 October!
