The ISACA 2027 North America Conference will take place on 5–7 May 2027 in Chicago, Illinois at the Hilton Chicago located at 720 South Michigan Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60605. All activities will take place at the conference hotel unless otherwise noted on the agenda.

The ISACA 2027 North America Conference draws a varied group of professionals, including C-suite executives, directors, managers, consultants, and other professional staff. Attendees come from a range of industries such as technology services and consulting, financial and banking, government and military, public accounting and healthcare. This diversity fosters an engaging environment for networking and knowledge sharing.

No, the ISACA 2027 North America Conference is open to both members and non-members. 

All presentations at the ISACA 2027 North America Conference will be delivered in English.

Session registration will open approximately one week before the event through the conference mobile app and web platform. You can create a personalized agenda by adding sessions of interest. Creating an agenda is optional and does not guarantee a seat. You may attend any session on-site, even if you did not select it in advance or create a personal agenda. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes, name badge scanners will be used at each session to record your attendance. Please ensure you scan your badge upon entering each session. If you encounter any issues while scanning, contact the session room monitor or an ISACA staff member for assistance. Attendees do not need to scan out when leaving session rooms.

Please keep in mind that while scanning will record your attendance, leaving a session early may result in missed CPE hours. It is essential to accurately track the sessions you fully attend, as ISACA will not provide a list of the sessions attended.

Attendees can earn up to 17 CPE credits for the conference and 7.25 CPE credits for the pre-conference workshop. CPEs are calculated based on a 50-minute hour (1 CPE = 50 minutes of completed training).

Yes, although tracking your sessions is not required, it is strongly recommended. ISACA will not provide a record of the sessions you attended, so keep your own list, especially if you plan to claim continuing education credit outside ISACA or are audited. Only record sessions you attend in full, as leaving early may affect the hours and number of credits you can claim.

CPEs will be pre-loaded into your MyISACA account approximately four to six weeks after the event. You will receive an email notification once the process is complete. Before these CPEs are counted towards your requirements, you must apply them. Here are the steps to apply your pre-loaded CPEs earned from ISACA:

1. Log in to your MyISACA account at www.isaca.org/myisaca.
2. Click on “Certifications & CPE Management.”
3. Click on “Report and Manage CPE” for any certification that you hold.
4. Under the “Actions” column, click the link to “Apply.” If you have previously pre-loaded CPE credits in your account that are unapplied, you will see a section titled “Unapplied CPE Hours.”
5. The CPE details will be pre-populated; you will only need to enter the number of CPEs you earned to add towards each certification that you hold. Each pre-loaded CPE event will have a maximum number of hours allowed to report.
6. Click “Save & Close,” and you will now see that event listed under your “CPE Hours Applied” to “Certification” section.

Yes, the program may undergo slight changes as session details are finalized. Additionally, ISACA reserves the right to cancel sessions at any time.

The dress code is business casual.

Registration for the conference is US$1,645 for members and US$2,045 for non-members. Pre-conference workshop registration is an additional US$750. Our early bird promotion offers a US$200 discount for both members and non-members, ending on 26 February 2027.

Conference registration includes entry to the welcome reception, breakfast on Wednesday through Friday, lunch on Wednesday and Thursday and refreshments during scheduled breaks. Workshop registration covers breakfast and lunch each workshop day.

Conference and/or workshop cancellations are subject to a fee of 20% of the registration cost. Conference cancellations or transfers must be in writing to https://support.isaca.org. The last day to cancel is Friday, 2 April 2027 and the last day to transfer is Friday, 16 April 2027. After this date, no cancellations will be accepted. Medical cancellations must be received on physician or hospital letterhead.

Yes, an early bird discount of US$200 off the conference registration fee (excluding workshops) is available through 26 February 2027. Additional flash sales may occur throughout the registration period. Chapters or organizations registering five or more employees or individuals for the conference are eligible for a 25% group discount.

To obtain the group discount, please provide the attendees’ names and ISACA ID numbers when making the request. If your organization requires a group invoice, please contact us at https://support.isaca.org, ensuring you have the ID numbers for all attendees.

NOTE: Discounts are calculated based on the standard rate. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively; if you have already registered and paid in full, you are not eligible for later discounts.

We recommend you arrive in time for our Welcome Reception, which begins at 5:00 PM on Tuesday, 4 May. If you are attending a workshop on Tuesday, 4 May, please plan accordingly. The conference will conclude at 12:30 PM on Friday, 7 May.

Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) is approximately 18 miles from the Hilton Chicago, about a 45-minute drive via taxi or rideshare. For those taking public transportation, you can take the CTA Blue Line train from O'Hare to the Jackson stop. From there, it’s a 0.6-mile walk southeast to the Hilton Chicago.

Yes, a hotel block is available for conference attendees. You can access the booking link through the Plan Your Experience tab. The rate is $249 plus taxes and fees; the deadline to book for the hotel block is 9 April 2027.

Discounted hotel rates expire on 9 April 2027 or until rooms sell out. We encourage you to register and book your accommodation as early as possible.

Please request a letter of invitation once your registration and payment for the event are complete. ISACA can only send official letters of invitation to registrants who have paid in full. After completing your payment, attach the payment confirmation and request a formal letter of invitation to support your visa application via our support portal.

Presentations will be available for download during the event and the on-demand viewing period, which ends on 21 May 2027 at 5:00 PM. You will be required to log in to view and download these presentations, as access is reserved for conference attendees only. Please note that we cannot guarantee that every presenter will authorize the publication of their slide deck to view on-demand, and therefore some may be unavailable.
