Key things to keep in mind
- The North America Conference will be held in Pacific Daylight Time.
- Session webcasts will open 5 minutes before live time.
- Enjoy the group chat as a valuable networking tool. Please keep it professional and kind.
- Submit your questions for each session in the Q&A box located within each webcast.
Session materials, CPE credits and on-demand access:
Most presentation materials will be available in the individual webcasts during the event in the Materials tab. Please note, some speakers will not allow their presentations to be posted online.
CPE credits will be distributed 4-8 weeks after the event.
All recordings will be available for On-Demand viewing until Friday, 22 May, closing at 5:00 pm EDT.

- Please refresh your browser often to resolve almost any virtual environment issue.
- Ensure you have a reliable internet connection to prevent interruptions during your viewing experience.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies to help resolve potential errors.
