Michael Ratemo

Michael Ratemo is a cybersecurity, AI governance, and risk leader with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations navigate emerging technology risk and build resilient, trusted digital environments. As Principal Security Advisor at Cyber Security Simplified, he advises organizations on cybersecurity strategy, cloud security, AI governance, risk management, and control assurance across public and private sectors.

Michael is an author, LinkedIn Learning instructor, and internationally recognized speaker who has educated tens of thousands of professionals worldwide on AI governance, cybersecurity, cloud security, and audit. He has presented at leading industry conferences and professional forums, including ISACA and RSA Conference, and is co-author of Cloud Auditing Best Practices.

Michael is committed to advancing the digital trust profession through education and mentorship. His work focuses on helping leaders translate AI and other emerging technology risks into practical governance, meaningful assurance, and business-focused strategies that enable organizations to innovate with confidence.

Tony Gee, CTEM lead, Undisclosed financial services

For 20 years, Tony’s job has been either trying to break into organizations or defend them from attack, from banks to mass transport systems. He specializes in continuous threat exposure management, cyber threat intelligence and social engineering, providing intelligence-led threat exposure management, and helping organizations understand their exposure and providing insight to remediation processes.

Tony speaks the world over at technology and cybersecurity events about how attackers compromise organizations. He has spoken at PCI events in Europe and Asia, at the ISC2 Congress, ISACA CSX Europe, SANS Awareness Conference, WIRED Smarter, and technical conferences such as 44Con and BSides. Most notably, he has spoken to the US Congress and the European Central Bank about how the underlying digital theories and systems upon which modern life relies are vulnerable to attack.

Drawing on his experience delivering compelling cyber security awareness, Tony is uniquely able to illustrate and demonstrate critical issues in a way that audiences of all levels can understand.
