Keynote Speaker: Professor Jeremy Treadwell

Professor Jeremy Treadwell is a business strategist, cybersecurity leader, and educator whose work sits at the intersection of technology, organizational leadership, and human-centered innovation.

Professor Treadwell is the Executive Director of the Stillman College Cyber Clinic, teaches graduate and undergraduate courses at Bowie State University and is an acclaimed global speaker. His research centers on cybersecurity, AI adoption, digital trust, and the evolution of organizational decision-making. He is dedicated to preparing leaders who can think critically, act with clarity, and shape the future with courage and intention.

Jenai Marinkovic

Jenai Marinkovic is a cybersecurity executive and pioneer in AI and cyber-physical security, advancing the resilience of intelligent ecosystems. As CEO of the GRC for Intelligent Ecosystems Foundation (GRCIE), she leads groundbreaking education programs and living labs to develop the next generation of security leaders. With over 25 years of experience, Marinkovic has designed and led more than 40 cybersecurity programs across industries including healthcare, aerospace, media, finance, manufacturing, and critical infrastructure. She has broken new ground in adversarial AI incident response and AI-driven supply chain threat modeling.

As architect of ISACA’s 1,500-control AI Audit Toolkit, she sets a global benchmark for trustworthy, explainable AI. Through GRCIE Space, she merges heliophysics, geomagnetic risk modeling, and threat telemetry into cyber-physical governance, protecting infrastructures against environmental and systemic disruption. Marinkovic is recognized for pioneering resilience strategies that safeguard interconnected systems and the human futures they enable.
