Harnessing the Power of Emerging Technology

Emerging technologies such as quantum computing, artificial intelligence (AI) and augmented reality (AR) have tremendous potential and pose significant risk. Organizations that want a competitive edge cannot shy away from these technologies; they must embrace them while addressing the security risk they pose. The ISACA Journal, volume 1, 2020, focused on technology on the edge, includes articles about the impact of these new technologies and what this impact means to those in IT audit, security, governance and risk.
